About Me

Hi! I’m Katie King, an interior designer, DIY enthusiast, and passionate home flipper living on an 11-acre farm in beautiful Tennessee. As a wife and mom of three, I understand the importance of creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional and inviting for families.

My journey into interior design began with a love for transforming spaces on a budget. I’ve been recognized by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) for my ability to help clients quickly revamp their homes, maximizing profit and ensuring fast sales. I’ve taught myself the ins and outs of interior design and have gained hands-on knowledge in various home building trades, making me comfortable with everything from power tools to dramatic design transformations.

I believe that every space can be Pinterest-worthy all while staying within a Target budget. My goal is to help families turn down the day-to-day chaos by providing serene and beautiful environments that promote peace and well-being. I’m always looking to share the best design trends, decor finds, and color schemes that enhance everyday living without breaking the bank.

In addition to design, I’m passionate about health and wellness. I love helping others discover tools and products that will assist them on their weight loss journeys toward their healthiest selves. I’ve made significant strides in my own life by losing 135 pounds, and I enjoy sharing my weight loss story to inspire others.

When I’m not working on a project, you’ll find me hiking, playing with my kids, or working on my personal home transformation. My mission is to inspire others to create stunning, functional spaces that allow them to enjoy their homes and lives while pursuing their health goals.
